I had a great haircut with Madu but unfortunately the service was poor. My stylist was nearly 20 minutes late for our appointment and no-one apologised or offered me a drink while I waited. I was just left to wait outside without an explanation. My haircut was good but unfortunately had to be rushed because the appointment started late and I had to leave on time. I didn't feel the service was up to standard for a salon that charges nearly £100 for a haircut.
