I have had treatments here before so I know that the ambience and environment aren't particularly premium, despite the salon's location.
I usually have treatments with another beautician, however. The person I saw on this occasion was not particularly professional- she talked non-stop during the treatment and asked me very personal and rather impertinent questions, which I did not feel comfortable answering.
The treatment was rushed and ended 15 mins before it was meant to.
The salon has very thin walls and the treatment room is adjacent to the staff room. During the 'relaxation' part of the facial, I could hear screams and laughter coming though the walls- not particularly relaxing.
When I went to pay, the receptionist was quite busy on Facetime, making me wait before I could pay and get out of there...
Disappointing to say the least.
