They weren't free at the slot available, which would have been annoying, but they texted me straight away offering alternatives, and didn't seem too peeved when I turned them down. So I can't speak for the wax itself, but the staff are quick communicators.
The most bizarre and ineffective beauty treatment I’ve ever experienced. The treatment that I booked was advertised as ‘laser hair removal’ the salon does not have laser hair removal facilities but instead has an antique looking IPL machine.
Having had a long and tenuous battle against my very hairy body I know that IPL does not work for me; I informed the therapist but she insisted that it was exactly the same and strong armed me into the treatment.
During the treatment she marked my body with a very thick felt tip pen, by the time she’d finished with me I looked like I’d been scribbled on by a gang of toddlers and it was really difficult to scrub off. When the therapist got to my face she roughly shaved hairless areas with a dry razor that she demanded £2 for.
Despite the seemingly well meaning therapist the experience and outcome were really awful.
The place could do with some TLC but I really like the value Sisa Clinic offer. Will def be back. They should get a card machine however as cash only is a little outdated these days.
