First, nobody wore a mask inside the salon. Second, they tried to push a different service from what I had booked because it was more convenient. Third, when I asked the attendant to put a mask on she said she couldn’t while threading because she uses her mouth to hold the thread, but she kept the mask under her chin even though she was no longer using a thread. Lastly, my eyebrows are uneven and I have to go elsewhere to fix it up and she didn’t even put the soothing cream at the end.
