Mario was lovely and friendly however the balayage did not turn out good. It is very patchy, it looks like bleach has just been thrown around through my hair. I needed to retone my hair at home and I can't wear my hair up because it's so streaky/patchy when I pull my fringe back. I really wanted to like it there as my old hairdresser moved but I won't be going back there and need to get my hair redone again asap. Mario had great reviews on here and that was why I booked so maybe was an off day
