When I first arrived I had to wait 20 minutes, for a hot stone massage. I was warned she was running late!
Once I could enter the treatment room, the table was too high for me to climb up onto.
Plus the stones were not hot. She had to wait for them to heat up. It was not a relaxing experience 😕. I honestly believe I should get a refund!
Part way through the massage, a speaker system switched on loud music! Terrible

No colour samples for dipping powder. Staff did not know how to do dipping powder, they were asking each other lots of questions. Very messy and disorganised space - food everywhere, no space on sides. Same day nails have badly chipped and come off!
