Lovely people and Jessica who cut my hair was excellent! The only reason I rated this and 4 and not a 5 was because I was short on time which I mentioned at the start of the booking and I felt like they did not really take this into account until I mentioned it again. Other than that I would say my experience was great and I would highly recommend
