I guess I wasn't really ready for this type of massage. Linda explained it a little to me before we started, but I didn't realise that she would be hitting my back with the sticks so much (part of the massage process). I just felt like I couldn't really relax much. The room was nice but very bright. I felt quite sore after it and didn't really benefit from it tbh.
This is not the type of massage to go for if you want a relaxing chill session.
