Five stars to the therapist, Michelle, who was very friendly and experienced. Unfortunately the experience was not what I had hoped for, and here is why: (1) you need to heat up your salon before clients come in. Dressing down for a massage in an ice cold room was not nice, and unfortunately it made the treatment quite unpleasant as I was struggling to keep warm for the entire session. (2) arrive at the salon before your clients. arriving to an unlit and cold venue, and having to wait 10 minutes for the staff to start up, made it feel rather unprofessional. I hope you take the feedback with you, as I think the salon has great potential had it not been for these things. Wishing you all the best. Thanks
