The stylist was friendly but didn't really asked me what haircut I wanted and she trimmed lots at the front around the face to create layers. After she did a brushing, the hair looked good but after going back home I realized that 1 side was cut shorted than the other. Overall, it's not too shocking but still I think listening to customer a bit more would have been great or at least agree on a specific haircut from a picture. I don't want to come back claim some haircut adjustments
