I had my haircut with Filiz. She is great, very attentive to detail and listening actively, and just very nice and friendly.

The stylist was friendly but didn't really asked me what haircut I wanted and she trimmed lots at the front around the face to create layers. After she did a brushing, the hair looked good but after going back home I realized that 1 side was cut shorted than the other. Overall, it's not too shocking but still I think listening to customer a bit more would have been great or at least agree on a specific haircut from a picture. I don't want to come back claim some haircut adjustments
