Dirty marks over the walls by the bin.
Waxed the top of my eyebrows, didn’t ask to check. The wax missed lots of chunks I had to go home and pluck.
Eyelash tint missed eyelashes.
Eyebrow tint wasn’t put on till after eyelash tint so wasn’t on long enough for my eyebrows. Usually really good here but was disappointed this time

I love it here. I had my first Hollywood wax there and Lauren made me feel so comfortable and put up with my squeals! I've been going here for them ever since. The eyebrow tint is really good, they match my colour well and when I want a bit more adding or the tint left on a little longer they always let me. All the staff are super friendly and the salon itself is small but cute. 100% recommend
