I asked for the most dramatic lash lift this time (as I had the medium size before) but they look no different from when I went in, apart from being darker from the tint. I have no complaints about the staff/service but was disappointed with the treatment outcome.

My experience at this salon was fine, staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with my gel nails. I loved the colour and application but after a week 2 nails had chipped, something which I have never experienced with gels before. For this reason I will not use this salon again.

Brilliant as always, friendly and knowledgeable staff - massage has proven a fantastic therapy for my back problem, and useful advice provided during session to help alleviate the problem
