It would haven been helpful to know what floor they are on and directions to their room for those who have not been before as there are no signs outside or inside the building.
I would have liked the process explained to me but my therapist knew very little english.

One of the best manicures I’ve had in London! Raphaella took the time to really shape each nail. There are not too many colour options but honestly the level of service and detail for each nail the finished product was magnificent!
