I was treated like worthless piece of faeces. Staff rude and gave my friend acrylic when she paid for sns dipping powder and refused to change it when it was her mistake and asked her to pay an extra £15. The staff was pressuring me to pay extra for something I didn’t want, came out with smudged nails.
