Could use better quality gel bases (ex. CND instead of Shellac) and the gel remover used is very harsh on cuticles

I booked an appointment using treat well because I needed to be seen at that time. When I arrived at Julie’s, all 4/5 nail stations were full and I wasn’t seen till 20 minutes after my appointment time, after I had mentioned I had plans I had to get to. Eventually I was seen and the girls tried to make up time by having 1 girl working on each hand, although this was very sweet of them, this left the nails on either hand looking different shapes and lengths, which they didn’t check. I would still go back to Julie’s, just not if I was in a rush.
