I hated the experience from start to finish. Firstly, they had no record of my booking,despite having received a confirmation text from them. So I had to go through the emails on my phone to find my receipt from Treatwell. There was no warmth from staff towards customers, I actually felt that they were quite hostile and spoke in their own language the whole time. I sat down in the chair, and I asked if it was a massage chair "massage chair broken" was all they said to me. I'm not convinced of the cleanliness of the place and I was worried about infection from the implements they were using. Lastly, they operate a cash-only policy which is obviously very fishy. I will not be returning.
Basic salon, basic service. Very busy, feels a bit like a "you're in-and out" factory, rather than a nice spa experience. Fine for a quick mani or pedicure, but definitely lacking a relaxing atmosphere.
