Staff speaks very poorly English, which makes it very hard to get the result you want. They seemed very angry me, because I didn’t understand what they were saying. They also only take cash which I wasn’t informed
In spite of having made an appointment online and politely letting them know as soon as I walked in, I had to wait longer for my manicure than two other walk-ins. My manicurist was not very nice to me - the color I wanted was old and there wasn't enough of it in the bottle, & she was impatient as I chose a new one. She also didn't do a good job with my cuticles. I paid up-front but at the end I was asked if I had paid as I was leaving. Thank u, next
