Friendly staff but the place needs a deep clean and lick of paint. Did not feel sterile and no one (staff or customer) was wearing a mask.

The lady I had, who seemed to be telling the other girls what to do (so guessing she was the one in charge) was very friendly and did my nails, quality and finish was great but she was VERY rough with my hands. she took a scuff of skin off at the bottom of one of my nails when she was buffing them - it was actually very painful, and left a not so flattering scar on my left index finger. She apologized and made up by saying I don't have to pay extra for the 'taking off previous shellac fee'.
