Used to love coming here but after this visit, in the middle of a pandemic, I’m not too sure I will return.
Unlike all the promises of the other mino salon, this salon did NOT sanitise any tools between doing my pedicure and the next ladies (I watched closely as I am more conscious of it due to current pandemic) so god only knows if they had been sanitised after the last pedicure and before me! The files were flung in the white trolley, the greater and clippers were in a box on the shelf by the wall... and the drill file attachment was NOT changed. More conscious and aware of cleanliness and this one is failing - so sad as I love the service but I need to weigh up other factors now.
There was also two customers in the salon with NO masks on and that is unacceptable - they should be refusing service to keep the people that are abiding by the rules, safe!
Also still taking in walk ins, and trying to squeeze as many in as possible meaning social distancing is NOT possible.
