My first visit , a Friday. Extremely busy , so did not get the welcome I’m accustomed to in other places.
Hair cut was rushed as was the blow dry. Unfortunately was very impersonal due to the hairdressers being so busy.
Was advised to avoid Friday and weekends in future, which I will do.
I will try them once more to see if better.
