I had a wash, cut and blowdry initially arranged with a discount of £19, which then was overcharged to £30, the lady suggested there is a 10% service charge hence the extra payment, however, this wasn't mentioned when I had called prior, she only mentioned to not pay online and do it in store.
My blowdry was terribly done as the lady managed to burn my scalp and ears many times, and to my surprise the following day my hair was back to frizzy instead of freshly blown out. Not Good!
