Karima was fab. So patient. I was running late for my appointment which was more or less end of the day. But they always manage to see me. They treat me like family. I apologised many times for the lateness as karima had to collect her kids but she was so nice and patient and did a perfect job. Always a pleasure to walk into jumeirah spa. They really know how to pamper their clients. Not once did karima make me feel that I was delaying her. And this is true customer service. I would recommend

The laser worked great my therapist Shayma was great she has researched how the machines react to black skin and she advised me very well to achieve the best results I’m very happy seeing results from my very first laser treatment. I would highly recommend her. Other staff could be more welcoming to clients as they seem to only welcome and greet clients coming to get their hair done rather than welcoming all clients and offering everyone a drink of water or asking if they are ok.
