It was exceptional. I was very pleased with my root tint, cut and blow dry. Colour was well matched for the rest of my highlights. All staff very friendly. Worth my long journey all the way from KENT.

The face threading wasn't professional and I get out with some hair still on my face. and the eyebrow wasn't good at all.

Maha did a very good job, she tried her best to give it a wow factor and I loved it. The only down side is that at the end they mentioned a £15 extra charge for long hair; but as the option wasn’t available at the booking, they end up not charging me
