Shaymaa was very nice and checked I was comfortable at all times

I went in for an hour long deep tissue massage, and the room was absolutely freezing, I asked the therapist to switch the heating on which she did, however, a minute later someone comes in to take the heater away. The therapist apologised for the room being cold and that they do need more heating in that room. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the massage due to the freezing cold room, but I will say that the therapist was very good. Also, there was so much background noise too. Avoid in the winter
