Karima was fab. So patient. I was running late for my appointment which was more or less end of the day. But they always manage to see me. They treat me like family. I apologised many times for the lateness as karima had to collect her kids but she was so nice and patient and did a perfect job. Always a pleasure to walk into jumeirah spa. They really know how to pamper their clients. Not once did karima make me feel that I was delaying her. And this is true customer service. I would recommend

not a hair stlyist! my 5 years old can do better than her! My blowdry was horrible.
