Despite asking several times not to colour my roots with dark colour, they’ve been coloured dark (whether intentionally or not, it’s hard to say) but when I emphasised this, Manahil told me that next time I should do highlights! Needless to say the price difference is quite significant!
The lady who seems to be running this salon is quite rude. Last time she tried to charge me extra and when I questioned that, she got really agitated and aggressive which was unpleasant.

The people were really friendly but they were really busy and I had to wait a while even though they asked me to come early. when I arrived, the only available chair wasn't clean and still had hair from a previous customer.
