Worst haircut experience I’ve had. I can’t tell the difference in my hair between before and after the cut. Found the overall attitude of staff to be slightly rude and unprofessional. Hairdresser dropped comb on the floor and continued using it on my hair. Hair feels and smells like it’s been treated with low quality shampoo. Would definitely not visit again.

Completely ruined my hair, had silky soft hair, left with strawy dry hair. Told it’s normal, it’s not, had 6 balayages before pandemic over 3 yrs, not done it for 2 yrs, tried this place as it’s cheap. Completely stripped colour and toned to get browns, missed sections so have platinum blonde sections. She didn’t weave finely through strands and hadn’t left much natural hair between foils so very full sections of blondes and browns. Back to old salon where I’d leave with nice soft hair!
