The stylist put her finger in my eyes a few times and pulled out a few hairs. Then she cut sides uneven. She tried to fix it, but couldn’t. When I said about it, the other stylists came and started to shout at me that I was wrong and that I “was angry since the beginning”. She tried to fix my hair,but she was very angry and didn’t want to to it properly. So I still had some hair shorter and some longer. I was in tears, but she just left me in apron, said “finished” and went away.
It took 1.5 hours to washout and blow-dry

Arabic music was a bit of surprise and disappointment. I thought this was a salon for everyone

I paid for a colour and cut on Treatwell and when I got there was told I’d have to pay a further £40 on top of what I’d already paid. I was barely spoken to. They were trying to do about 3 other people at the same time so my appointment ended up lasting 4 hours and then was very rushed at the end.
