An excellent, local, independent business. Clean and very friendly staff. I opted for an off peak massage for a bargain price. I was a little hesitant to begin with (since it’s my first massage since the pandemic!) but the staff were pleasant and very friendly. Though there was a special room for the massage it was still quite loud and sometimes distracting. Overall very good.

I booked an appointment with Maha for a balayage, I had two colours in my hair and she managed to fix it and I’m really happy about the result. All the staff was super nice,I felt completely comfortable. For sure I gonna come back

What a lovely friendly salon. I walked in and was warmly greeted by all the staff. Appointment on time and Kerry was caring, friendly and gentle with my fine hair highlights- the end result just the perfect blonde I wanted. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. See you next time !!

I booked my appointment with Maha but thats not the hairstylist i had.
I had the stylist HIBA WHO WAS TERRIABLE
- They made me pay more when i arrived.
- The woman HIBA was aggressive, botched my haircut and made me cry as a result. I sat on the chair crying
- I wanted to leave mid cut and was told to sit back down as another women tried to fix my hair.
- I wasn't offered a refund, even though the owner called back to admit fault.
DO NOT LET HIBA CUT YOUR HAIR. ENTIRE SERVICE WAS TERRIABLE.

My first time visiting Jumairah Spa but wont be my last! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, feeling a bit apprehensive after a year and a half of not going anywhere, this was a really relaxing experience for me and I felt at ease. Atika was fantastic and i can't wait to go backfor more treatments :)
