Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I liked that curtains were at windows so no-one could see into salon. Hairdresser wore a mask and myself but no-one else - v little social distancing. Hairdresser asked what I wanted and was happy to make alterations as needed. Was v happy with value for money.

Worst massage experience ever, they were running half an hour late and just kept me waiting with no view on how long they would be and as a result I was late to return to work and luckily avoided a parking ticket! Could also hear other customers talking throughout the treatment and my treatment was interrupted by another member of staff who felt it appropriate to walk into the treatment room. Very unprofessional and not even a deep tissue! AVOID.

The stylist put her finger in my eyes a few times and pulled out a few hairs. Then she cut sides uneven. She tried to fix it, but couldn’t. When I said about it, the other stylists came and started to shout at me that I was wrong and that I “was angry since the beginning”. She tried to fix my hair,but she was very angry and didn’t want to to it properly. So I still had some hair shorter and some longer. I was in tears, but she just left me in apron, said “finished” and went away.
