My scalp was burnt with extremely hot boiling water. I was in pain and agony and was crying. For five minutes I had to have cold water on my scalp and for the rest of the day it was stinging. Never experienced something like this before. I did not react in a dramatic way as there were other customers there. If it was anyone else they would have. My blow dry took forever and it was my sister’s wedding day. The lady kept tangling my hair in the brush and said it was because my hair was ‘fine’
