The ladies were so lovely here so I feel bad for the less than great review but the quality of the shellac application was very poor and I had to get it removed after 2 days.

The treatment was so-so. Salon was lovely, although there was a mix-up with my booking. I booked on Treatwell for 7pm and then I was called and asked to come earlier, which I was fortunately able to do. The Brazilian wax didn't tally with any other wax I had done anywhere else, and it turned out more hair would be left on (usually, it's everything off except for a strip but this salon did it differently), so I asked if we could change it to a Hollywood to get the result I wanted. The therapist was excellent, but it was super hot wax that almost burnt me a few times which I've never had elsewhere (had hot waxes for over 10 years now), and there were hairs left at the end but I didn't want to damage my skin further.
