Absolutely wonderful Swedish massage my wife bought me as a part of my birthday gift. The masseuse was extremely professional and really smoothed out so many knots. Why I especially loved is that she was quiet and just focused on her job, which she did brilliantly. If anyone is given a choice of therapists, choose Mandy - she's amazing.

Treatwell did not record the fact that the booking was for 2 people at the same time even though I entered two names in the guest section. The lady on the reception desk was then quite abrupt as if it was my fault. Customer care does not seem to be a high priority.

Great head massage, but the room was noisy with footsteps above, and constant phone ringing, which made the experience less pleasurable than it could have been.
