I was sceptical about a hot stone massage. I had a back / shoulders and head treatment and it was one of the best treatments I have ever had. The therapist really knew her stuff and paid real attention to some areas I have problems with. I have booked another 2 sessions already. Highly recommend.

I always feel totally relaxed after my hot stone massage with Caroline. The pain I was having was due to overuse of my upper torso when doing too much vigorous gardening for my age. The pain has been greatly reduced and is lessening.
