The area where the salon is is very busy with limited parking. I was therefore running late , I phoned the salon and left a message.
Caroline was very welcoming and insisted it would be fine for time (I was 10 mins late!).
Chatty and professional she made me feel as ease and completed the treatment competently. I’m happy to leave this review.
