Leila was amazing and helped me with my sore upper back and neck - she explained well what she was doing and gave me exactly what I needed to feel less pain and leave the place more relaxed.

Didn't have therapist Annie that I soecifically requested and booked, ,but a lady that admitted that she only worked on a Sunday and was a beauty therapist. Hence the very poor massage, not a deep tissue massage,she talked continuously throughout and imo was clueless. I have complained but am still waiting for the promised phone call back regarding this matter.
