My partner was running late from work for his massage and I called to see if I could move the appointment. Was told to cancel and rebook online, then hung up on.
Called bk and got spoken to with an attitude as I said if I did this then I would get charged twice. Got hung up on again. Ended up asking my friend if she'd like the massage. So called bk to let them know, was spoken to dismissively again but she did manage to say bye this time Tai who I booked with wasn't there but the massage was OK

The venue felt authentically Thai. The ladies were all very friendly and welcoming. Getting going was very quick. Nice music, nice temperature, nice lighting, comfortable bed. And Dada (aka Annie) was clearly very experienced, asking me how I was doing throughout, and very thorough!
