My massage was booked for 10am but when I got there at five to, the shop was closed. They opened up at 10, which meant my massage didn't start til 10.15, they gave me an hour massage so we finished at 11.15 but that had a knock on effect on my day unfortunately. The walls are pretty thin so over the music you can hear people laughing and chatting outside. The massage was great but unfortunately the atmosphere and being late starting did affect my overall experience.

Arrived and had to wait a little , wasn’t asked about any medical issues and didn’t fill in any forms which I am used to, asked if I have any pain once massage started, the lady said sorry but walked outside to greet a passenger as the walls are thin you can hear a lot. The massage was good and staff are friendly however hands weren’t washed and after body and feet were touched I then had a massage on my face which i actually had make up on so it was a little uncomfortable it would have been nice to either have washed hands or ask if it’s ok to give a face massage. Massage was strong and the place is nice with parking 2 mins walk away. Just be clear to state any medical conditions and to ask for hands to be washed if face is touched . Thanks
