Booked online and had email confirmation plus reminders. Arrived for the appointment to be told the lady wasn’t in and they had no record of my appointment. Customer services was poor, no real effort to apologise or resolve the issue.

A* service! A small mix up meant I came when they were closed but she happily booked me in for the next day! Massage was lovely and calming and the only points would be no discussion about medical issues and that the oil could have been warmer but 🥰
