Honestly one of the rudest receptions ever. I booked through treatwell without issue, when I got there I clearly had an appointment and said so. They said no we can’t do that here go to Hersham branch. I asked why I had been able to book to which both seemed like they couldn’t care less. One walked out the back and the nerve to give a filthy look and then look at me as though I was wrong. Do not recommend and do not book through treatwell as clearly they cannot provide what they are advertising.
