I made an appointment for a pregnancy massage on Sunday at 1pm. Was called at 12:15 to ask me to move it to 2pm. I said yes. Then they called back at 12:19 to say they couldn’t do it at all as they didn’t have the staff. They refused to cancel the appointment at their end and said I had to do it in the app which meant that I got charged the full price. Have chased Treatwell twice now for a refund and have had no response. The salon has kept my money. Avoid booking this place on Treatwell!
