I had a deep tissue massage today as I get a lot of stress in my shoulders / neck and the whole treatment was great start to finish. The pressure was perfect for me and I left already feeling the benefits. Ausra was so lovely and made me feel welcome straight away, she clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge. I will definitely be back.

This was the first time I have had a Lymphatic Massage or met Austa and I feel entirely refreshed, balanced and impressed! I felt toned immediately afterwards and feel much less muscle ache generally. Ausra used some lovely smelling oils which left my skin feeling soft even the next day. I cannot wait for my next one and am already recommending her to all my pals.
