I'd been in pain for weeks with a trapped nerve which stopped me walking any distance, playing netball etc. I walked out of there a different person. My goodness it hurts whilst she was doing whatever she did but then the pain stopped and I felt absolutely great, a different person. She's brilliant and I'm going back to keep on top of it.
