Daiana was wonderfully warm and welcoming from the moment I got to the salon. She was incredibly professional and very friendly, and the wax was the most gentle I've ever had in my life! I used to avoid waxing purely because I was afraid of screaming but I barely felt anything on my legs at all. Daiana makes her own wax out of sugar and honey, it smells great and leaves your skin soft and nourished. She is also meticulous and spends time grabbing all stray hairs with tweezers (so gently I didn't even notice for a while!!) All round 10/10
