I had my first Hollywood wax with Daiana and she was so sweet and welcoming. She explained the whole process step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. She was super patient with me throughout, and honestly the pain wasn’t as bad as I expected! The stress balls were so sweet and thoughtful for first timers. Overall, she made the experience really comfortable and reassuring. Definitely will go back!
