I had Diana. She kept commenting on how hairy I was and when she waxed she left so many hair on my legs and bikini and refused to pluck them. She kept making faces and didn’t stop when I said the wax is burning me when I was getting my Hollywood done. At the end she tried to charge me £10 extra too. I don’t think any waxer should make her customers feel uncomfortable like that. I appreciate her educating me on not shaving and exfoliating though but overall, very bald experience.
