Booked sugaring but instead I got waxing, to which I'm allergic to. Instead of the sugaring paste (made with sugar, lemon & water), Daiana used beeswax and now I am left with a very bad rash. I don't know why salons are allowed to promote something that they don't offer. I can only do sugaring as I have had allergic reactions to wax before, which I mentioned to Daiana before starting the treatment. Yet I was reassured that it's 'sugar & honey'. A huge disappointment & very frustrating situation
