When I arrived I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable at all. I was quickly put in a room, door shut on me and the therapist then seemed to think I was having a wax instead. Description of massage needs to be amended. Not as described; no oil, forehead, neck or shoulders massaged. The massage itself didn’t feel skilled to the level I would expect. Perhaps just the place for wax, not a massage.
