I’ve certainly found my place for massages moving forward. When I arrived I explained the tension I had around my upper back, neck & shoulder. She advised we amend the massage to a gym maintenance one, i took her advice and I’m happy I did. Her anatomy knowledge is very good which gave me a lot of confidence. I had been having terrible shoulder pain for months before my treatment. It definitely wasn’t a relaxing massage but my pain is 90% improved afterwards, I’m very grateful!

Ros is amazing. She identified what my issue was and treated me accordingly. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and after seeing Ros, I slept better and was so relaxed. I can’t recommend her enough.
